Dr. .Anthony Anyane Sackey is a Management Consultant at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds Master of Philosophy in Public Administration and Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Ghana and Cape Coast respectively. His experience in management, including direct supervision of professional and support staff and assembling teams working on multifaceted and complex consultancy assignments.
Dr. Emmanuel G. K. Duncan is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He holds a first degree in Accounting, International Executive MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management, Paris. He is also a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance and Accounting from the Bulacan State University in the Philippines.

Dr. Kwakye Ameyaw is credited with 40 years’ experience in the public service as a Technical Management practitioner, lecturer, researcher, and consultant. He was the immediate past Technical Advisor to the Chief Executive of the Forestry Commission. He worked in the office of the President as Policy Advisor in the Policy Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PCMEU). During the period when he served there, Sam provided policy advice on the basis of M&E feedback and analysis to guide the policy and decision-making processes at the presidency.
