Emmanuel is an Associate Professor of Applied Statistics at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) where he has been teaching and mentoring students from the undergraduate level through to the doctoral level in Applied Statistics and Finance related courses for the past 15 years.

Prof. Jemima N. A. Ankamah Lomotey

A distinguished Human Resource Manager, Management Strategist, Chartered Administrator, and Chartered Management Consultant with over three decades of professional experience in organizational leadership, public-sector administration, and human capital development. A Certified Mediator and Arbitrator, Certified Counselor and Psychologist, and Certified International Professional Manager, bringing a rare blend of strategic management, applied psychology, counseling, and conflict resolution expertise.

Dr. Kofi Blankson Esq.

Dr. Blankson Esq. is a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in clinical practice, research, and leadership. Currently serving as Legal Officer at Ghana Health Service Tema Enclave and with the experience of a Principal Medical Officer , Dr. Blankson brings expertise in medicine, surgery, public health and law.

Dr. Catherine Armah 

Catherine Armah is a dynamic and highly skilled supply chain professional with over sixteen years of experience in logistics management. She specializes in forecasting, supply planning, logistics management information systems, warehousing, and distribution. Known for her dedication and ambition, Catherine has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing innovative solutions across Ghana's healthcare supply chain landscape.

Dr. Jacob Asare Thompson

Dr. Jacob Asare Thompson is an accomplished Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) consultant and lecturer with over twenty years of industry experience. He is deeply committed to developing the next generation of OHS professionals by integrating industry-based insights, hands-on simulations, and cutting-edge research into his teaching, thereby equipping students with the practical competencies required for effective safety leadership in real-world environments.

Dr. Isaac Boamah

Dr. Isaac Boamah is an accomplished microbiologist and public health scholar with extensive experience in diagnostic virology, biomedical research, and academic instruction. He currently serves as a Research Scientist and Mentor at the Metropolitan Research & Education Bureau, Adjunct Lecturer at School of Public Governance and Service (GIMPA) and as an Assistant Lecturer at Baldwin University College, Accra, Ghana.

Dr. Anthony Anyane Sackey

Dr. .Anthony Anyane Sackey is a Management Consultant at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He holds a PhD  in Public Administration and Policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds Master of Philosophy in Public Administration and Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Ghana and Cape Coast respectively. His experience in management, including direct supervision of professional and support staff and assembling teams working on multifaceted and complex consultancy assignments.

Dr. Emmanuel Duncan

Dr. Emmanuel G. K. Duncan is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.  He holds a first degree in Accounting, International Executive MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management, Paris. He is also a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance and Accounting from the Bulacan State University in the Philippines.

Dr. Ebenezer Ato Ewusie

Dr. Ebenezer Ewusie is an enthusiastic professional, responsible and a computer literate. Have proven leadership abilities in working as a team, handling multiple tasks, great adaptability to any enterprise's environment. Holds a PhD Degree in Entomology from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, Master’s Degree in Entomology from Texas Tech University, USA, a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology/Botany and a Diploma in Laboratory Technology both from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Dr. Kofi Kwakye Ameyaw

Dr. Kwakye Ameyaw is credited with 40 years’ experience in the public service as a Technical Management practitioner, lecturer, researcher, and consultant. He was the immediate past Technical Advisor to the Chief Executive of the Forestry Commission. He is currently an adjunct lecturer at the School of Governance and Public Service at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, and teaches Emergency and Crisis Management, Environmental Politics and Management, Applied Occupational Health and Safety, and Integrating Occupational Health and Safety into an Organizational Culture at the postgraduate level.

amuel Aning, a Ghanaian citizen has had significant public and private sector management experience primarily in Ghana.  He worked in the office of the President as Policy Advisor in the Policy Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PCMEU). During the period when he served there, Sam provided policy advice on the basis of M&E feedback and analysis to guide the policy and decision-making processes at the presidency.

Mrs. Mavis Opoku Okyere is a highly experienced Biomedical Scientist, Food Safety and Quality Management Expert, and quality systems professional with extensive expertise in blood transfusion services, laboratory quality assurance, food safety systems, and health services management.
