amuel Aning, a Ghanaian citizen has had significant public and private sector management experience primarily in Ghana. He worked in the office of the President as Policy Advisor in the Policy Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PCMEU). During the period when he served there, Sam provided policy advice on the basis of M&E feedback and analysis to guide the policy and decision-making processes at the presidency.
Dr. Kwakye Ameyaw is credited with 40 years’ experience in the public service as a Technical Management practitioner, lecturer, researcher, and consultant. He was the immediate past Technical Advisor to the Chief Executive of the Forestry Commission. He is currently an adjunct lecturer at the School of Governance and Public Service at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, and teaches Emergency and Crisis Management, Environmental Politics and Management, Applied Occupational Health and Safety, and Integrating Occupational Health and Safety into an Organizational Culture at the postgraduate level.

He is also a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance and Accounting from the Bulacan State University in the Philippines.
Dr. .Anthony Anyane Sackey is a Management Consultant at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds Master of Philosophy in Public Administration and Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Ghana and Cape Coast respectively.
