She is a hardworking and Motivated personality who has acquired knowledge in the field of Customer service operations and Procurement Management with previous work experiences in establishing excellent customer satisfaction, business requirements, designing Procurement processes and implementing system improvement to increase productivity. She has over 8years customer service experience with MTN Ghana, ISON BPO LTD and Heiland Resources. In areas of Procurement she worked as an intern with Leading organisations like Public Procurement Authority and Western Regional Medical Stores. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Procurement and a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from the Takoradi Technical University .
She is currently the Project coordinator for Short Certificate Courses at Metropolitan Research and Education Bureau.
She loves to read especially medical thrillers from the author Robin Cook, loves watching movies, surfing the Internet and is very active of social media platforms. She is very enthusiastic and loves what she does especially her role in assisting people
